Home › In-house finishing & artwork storage
Our oldest customers have been with us for two decades, and the reason is simple: the next batch looks like the last one and the numbers carry on. Here's how we make sure of it.
Numbering, perforating, padding and gluing, stapling, stitching and binding (perfect binding too), folding and creasing, hole punching, lamination and die-cutting, including folder pockets, all happen in our workshop in Rietondale. Nothing goes out to a finisher and comes back late. See every finishing process →
Once we've set up your book, form, pad or folder, we keep the artwork. When you reorder, we print from the same file, so the layout, colours and wording match your last batch. If something has changed, like a new phone number, a new VAT number or a new branch, tell us and we update the file before printing.
For numbered books, we record the last number of every order. Your next books start at the next number, with no gaps and no duplicates. That matters for audits, for SARS, and for anyone trying to trace a missing delivery note. How numbering works →
Finished jobs are wrapped and labelled with a job code, not a customer name, before they're delivered or kept on the shelf for collection.
You deal with Cor, who owns the business and runs the presses, or Kevin, who handles quotes, artwork and getting jobs through. You don't get a call centre or a different account manager every year.
Because the artwork is done and the job is set up, a reorder costs what you expect it to. If anything changes the price, like paper costs or a change to the job, we tell you when we quote, not on the invoice.
We'll tell you when duplicate is enough, when digital is cheaper, and when an existing layout can be tidied up instead of redesigned.

You'll get one of us, not a call centre. Same two people, same building, since 2000.
