Privacy notice

This explains what happens to the details you send us through this website, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Who we are: CW Pretorius Consulting CC t/a ColourCraft Print, 116 Lys Street, Rietondale, Pretoria 0084. Information Officer: Cor Pretorius. Email colourcraft@worldonline.co.za, phone 083 268 1109.
• What we collect: what you type into our quote and reorder forms (name, company, phone, email, job details) and any file you upload.
• Why: to quote you, do your job and contact you about it. Nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or pass on your details.
• Where it goes: the form emails your details to colourcraft@worldonline.co.za, and our web host (xneelo, in South Africa) keeps a log of form submissions on the server. Uploaded files are attached to the email and are not stored on the website.
• How long we keep it: only as long as we need it to quote and do your work, and as required by law.
• Your artwork: we keep artwork on file so reorders match. Ask, and we'll delete it.
• Website statistics: we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. It uses cookies. You can block them in your browser.
• Your rights: you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
