Die-cut presentation and F&I folders, with pockets

Printed, creased and die-cut with pockets in our own workshop. We make folders for dealerships that need every deal document in one place, and for schools and companies that hand out paperwork and want it to arrive looking organised.

Why the pockets matter

A flat folder holds paper. A die-cut folder with pockets holds a deal, an application or an information pack in order, with nothing falling out in the car park. The pocket is cut and creased as part of the same sheet, so there are no stuck-on extras to come loose.

How we make a folder

1. Layout: we set up the flat folder, including pockets, flaps and any card slots, on the die line.
2. Print: your design, printed in full colour on board on our digital press.
3. Die-cut: the folder shape and pockets are cut out in one go.
4. Crease and fold: creased so the board folds flat without cracking, then folded.
5. Finish and pack: pockets formed and folded, then the folders are packed flat or folded, as you prefer.

F&I folders and deal jackets for dealerships

This is the folder we're best known for in the motor trade. It carries the documentation a deal generates, laid out in the order the deal generates it:

• the finance / cash documentation checklist: twenty-six numbered items, each with a tick column;
• the SARS VAT declaration for second-hand or repossessed goods;
• FIC Act 38 of 2001 forms;
• the pre-delivery checklist;
• the insurance products taken or waived declaration.
