Whether it's a driver's pre-trip check, a dealership PDI or a trade-in appraisal, an inspection only counts if it's written down, signed and kept. We print inspection and checklist books with your vehicle diagram, your check items and a number on every set.
Most inspection forms carry a top, side and front outline of the vehicle so damage can be marked where it is, not described in words. Send us the diagram you use now and we'll set it up cleanly.
In a dispute over a scratch or a missing spare wheel, the signed copy settles it. Duplicate gives the customer or driver one copy and the book keeps the other. Triplicate adds one for the workshop or fleet office. Numbering shows whether a sheet has gone missing.

Yes. It can be a loose sheet inside our F&I folders or a separate book. See motor dealership printing.
A 60-item checklist gets ticked top to bottom without anyone looking. Twenty items that matter get checked. We're happy to suggest what to cut.
You'll get one of us, not a call centre. Same two people, same building, since 2000.
